In a previous article, “Tradition Goes Green: Towards a Zero-Impact Future”, we shared the path Euroceppi has taken to combine the artisanal quality of our products with a sustainable and environmentally responsible vision. Today, we are proud to share another concrete step forward on this journey.
Thanks to our recent contribution to the WEX Eco Miles program, Euroceppi has supported the planting of several trees in two strategic areas for global reforestation: the Wof Washa forest in Ethiopia and the Ferlo region in the Senegalese Sahel.
These new plantings represent much more than a simple symbolic gesture. It is estimated that, as they grow, the planted trees will be able to absorb up to 312 kg of CO₂ over the next 30–50 years. A small but significant contribution to the fight against climate change, consistent with our company vision and our daily commitment.
At Euroceppi, we believe that respect for nature and innovation can – and must – go hand in hand. Producing responsibly, adopting sustainable technologies, investing in people and in good environmental practices is not just a duty: it is a value we deeply embrace.
We will continue working to reduce the environmental impact of our operations, confident that every step, even the smallest one, can make a difference.
