In comparison to the traditional cutting board, EcoTagliere allows you to reduce costs for two reason:
  • first, you have to replace only the polyethylene layer and not the entire cutting board; howewer you have a board comparable to a cutting board with thickness of 3 cm.
  • second, you have no levelling costs to keep the board clean because the replacement can be do
    be done by the operator.
  
  Cheap for the dealer
In comparison to the traditional cutting board it reduces warehouse stocks and exposition spaces.This is because it will not be necessary anymore to stock coloured cutting boards and boards of various thickness;
EcoTagliere allows you to reduce the plastic material to throw away in comparison to the EcoTagliere, initially white coloured, will have the possibility to differentiate the use through the application of differently coloured bars, becoming also a valid alternative to the standard cutting boards.
  
  Environment sustainable
EcoTagliere allows you to reduce the plastic material to throw away in comparison to the standard cutting boards because the replacement has a thickness of 4 mm unlike a traditional cutting board, which has a minimum thickness of 2 cm
  
  HACCP
EcoTagliere allows the user to satisfy requests in terms of cleanness of polyethylene boards
following HACCP norm because in any time you can replace the damaged layer with a new one.
